Here, you can listen to some of my productions. To every production I write, how I was involved in the process.

mova – on y va! (Live Version) by Rondorchester

This is probably the production, I was involved the most. This is not surprising, since I also am part of this band. First, I was involved in the writing process of this song, which is by the way the official song of the national Swiss Scout camp mova 2022. I did the arrangement for our band, along with other arrangements, which we played as the official camp band throughout this big event. After the camp, we decided to record this song. I recorded everybody individually either in my studio or in the music rooms of HSLU. After that, I did the editing, mixing and mastering of this production. And, to round things off, I also edited the music video you find above. To conclude, I have been involved into this production from start till finish.

Exonerate by Maze to Eden

Exonerate is a piece in six parts by Patrick Buzo’s band Maze to Eden. Normally, I also play in this band, but in this piece, I had another role. My role was recording the drum orchestra. This was the project where I placed the most mics. We had five modern and one classical drum sets. Each set was close-miked and we recorded the room in various places. For the room, I experimented with a setup called decca-tree. I had no experience with this setup, so instead of three mics, we recorded three pairs of two different mics, so that the person, who mixed the piece, had options to choose from.

Steve Brush – Across The New

Snappy is one of the tunes from the album Across The New from Steve Brush. I mixed all the tracks on this album. This project was interesting, because it happened without me ever seeing anyone of the band. I got the recorded tracks, mixed them and sent them back for feedback. The result was that.

Ocean Room – Glass

With the project Ocean Room, I have worked for a period of time. I mixed and mastered their last two albums called City Brew and Glass. As you see, the song above is on the later album. I learned a lot mixing both albums and learned to work efficiently.
